Information we use

We use only the design details needed to create and retrieve your preview: design code, creation date, name text, letter size, style preset, individual letter designs and estimated price.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect your email address, phone number, postal address, payment information, Etsy order details or customer account information. We do not intentionally collect IP addresses, although hosting and security providers may process basic network information to operate the service.

Saved designs

Saved designs may be stored in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This lets you reopen a design without an account. Local designs do not automatically move between browsers or devices.

Supabase may also store the design code and the same limited design details so that a specific code can be opened later. We do not expose a public list of saved designs.

Deleting and retaining designs

Use “Clear saved designs” to remove all designs stored in this browser. Individual saved designs can also be deleted from the Saved designs panel. Where a private deletion token is available, individual deletion also requests removal of the matching Supabase record.

You may request deletion of a Supabase design by contacting Bubble Atelier through Etsy and providing the design code. Designs older than 180 days may be deleted unless they are still needed.

Payments and Etsy

This site does not take payments or collect checkout or address details. Purchases, payments and order information are handled by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies by default. If analytics or tracking is added in future, consent will be requested before it is loaded.
